Please note, we do not have a return policy on physical products mailed to you.
Please ensure you have double checked your order and measurements of products before purchasing to avoid any disappointment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Discount Code Policy – Digital Services
Discount codes are not applicable to any digital service such as Website Rebrand or New Build packages.
If a discount code is used at checkout or applied to an invoice in error, the invoice will be reissued for the full remaining balance before work commences.
Discount Codes in General
If you are provided with a discount code, they have an expiry of 30 days maximum. Any personal code issued to you, won't work on clearance items or Business Packages.
Mutual Respect & Right to Cancel Policy
At SimplyTelle, we are committed to maintaining a professional and respectful working relationship with all clients. Harassment, abusive communication, spamming/pestering or any form of disrespect will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to cancel any project at our discretion if we feel that the working relationship has broken, including but not limited to instances of harassment, unreasonable demands, or communication that compromises a healthy working environment.
If a cancellation is initiated by us due to such circumstances, a refund will be provided minus any transaction fees and costs for work already completed up to the point of cancellation.
