How do I care for my scrunchies?

Easy peasy, lemon squeezy! Just treat them like the royalty they are. Hand wash them gently in cold water and let them air dry. No tumble drying or hot water shenanigans, please! We want them to stay as fabulous as the day you got them!

Do you offer discount codes?

Absolutely! Who doesn’t love a good deal? Just remember, our discount codes have a 30-day expiration date and won’t work on clearance items. So, use them before they vanish into thin air like a magician’s rabbit!

Can I return item if I change my mind?

Well, my friend, we are sorry we do not do returns on any physical products. But hey, once you see how fabulous they make you look, you won’t want to part with them anyway! If there’s a problem, though, send us over an email. 

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Oh no! That’s a hair-raising situation! If your scrunchie arrives looking like it’s been through a tornado, or if you got the wrong one (yikes!), contact us ASAP! We’ll swoop in like superheroes to make it right. Just have your order details ready, and we’ll sort it out!

ABOUT TELLE - WHERE DID IT COME FROM

It all started on the dining table, creating under the name Chantilly Creations—my nickname and my first business identity. I grew my social media presence and eventually reached a point where I had to pause and ask myself: what’s next, and where do I want this to go?

After diving into some business courses, I decided it was time to pivot. I jumped in headfirst, investing in a $3K industrial sewing machine—affectionately named Ms Juki—and rebranded to Blossom Bowtique. At the time, it felt like a good fit, partly inspired by my background as a florist, but it didn’t quite reflect where I was heading.

In August 2024, I attended the Penrith Show, which didn’t go as planned and left me feeling deflated. Things slowed down, but I didn’t give up. In early 2025, I began brainstorming again, reconnecting with my love for sewing, and mapping out ways I could make a difference and bring joy to my community.

By April/May 2025, I officially reopened as Simply Telle. I’ve been rebuilding my socials and launched a small Pajama Collection, alongside a limited kids’ clothing drop to test the waters. While my original goal was to sew clothing just for myself, I got too excited—and knew I wanted to create for others too.

Now, I’m ready to keep growing within my little bubble of handmade clothing and accessories, one thoughtful piece at a time.

I treat every order with the same care and attention I’d give a close friend—because I genuinely value each customer who chooses to support my small business. From thoughtful packaging to timely updates and friendly communication, I aim to make every interaction feel warm, helpful, and memorable.

When it comes to product quality, I’m proud to say every piece is handmade with care, intention, & a little bit of sass. I take time selecting fabrics, perfecting patterns, and finishing each item to a high standard—whether it’s a pair of cozy PJs, deluxe scrunchies, or a make up bag designed for practical carry items. Quality matters, because my customers deserve pieces that are not only cute, but also durable, functional, and made to last.
