How do I care for my scrunchies?

Easy peasy, lemon squeezy! Just treat them like the royalty they are. Hand wash them gently in cold water and let them air dry. No tumble drying or hot water shenanigans, please! We want them to stay as fabulous as the day you got them!

Can I return item if I change my mind?

Well, my friend, we are sorry we do not do returns on any physical products. But hey, once you see how fabulous they make you look, you won’t want to part with them anyway! If there’s a problem, though, send us over an email. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is like a rollercoaster ride—sometimes it’s quick, sometimes it takes a little longer! We process orders within 1 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a tracking number to follow its journey. It’s like a little adventure!

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Oh no! That’s a hair-raising situation! If your scrunchie arrives looking like it’s been through a tornado, or if you got the wrong one (yikes!), contact us ASAP! We’ll swoop in like superheroes to make it right. Just have your order details ready, and we’ll sort it out!

Do you offer discount codes?

Absolutely! Who doesn’t love a good deal? Just remember, our discount codes have a 30-day expiration date and won’t work on clearance items. So, use them before they vanish into thin air like a magician’s rabbit!
